Business Strategy Consultant
Consulting Division
Lead client engagements across strategy development, market analysis, and growth planning. Work directly with founders and leadership teams to solve their most complex business challenges.
Key Requirements
2–5 years experience in consulting or strategy
Strong analytical and presentation skills
MBA preferred, not required
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced work
Operations Analyst
Operations Practice
Support operational consulting engagements — process mapping, efficiency analysis, and implementation of operational improvement initiatives across client organisations.
Key Requirements
1–3 years in operations or process improvement
Strong Excel and data skills
Detail-oriented with structured thinking
Kerala-based or willing to relocate
Market Research Associate
Research & Intelligence
Conduct primary and secondary market research to support client engagements — market sizing, competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trend reporting.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Strong research and writing skills
Proficiency in market research tools
Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Business Development Executive
Growth & Partnerships
Drive new client acquisition and partnership development for LVIBS — identifying prospects, managing outreach, and supporting the full sales cycle from discovery to engagement.
Key Requirements
2+ years in B2B sales or business development
Strong network in Kerala business community
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
